Power BI provides a new way of creating interactive modern dashboards using data from Excel.

To get started, sign up for a free account at http://powerbi.microsoft.com

Then download the free app called Power BI Desktop.

In Power BI Desktop, start with the Get Data button.

Click the Get Data button in Power BI Desktop to start.

The experience will be exactly like with Power Query, as discussed in Excel 2019: Clean Data with Power Query.

Once you have your data loaded into Power Query, choose a visualization from the top right and drag fields to the various drop zones.

After you design several dashboard tiles, you can publish your dashboard. Anyone that you invite will be able to view the dashboard in a browser or on an iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
