Brand new users do not have the ability to edit their posts (Spam control mechanism).
Once you have made a handful of posts, you will then have a 10 minute window in which you can edit your own posts.

You can edit your posts up to 10 minutes after making them by selecting Edit Post in the right section of the gray bar under your post.

By the way, I looked at your other post, and see that you had a failed attempt to post an image. I have removed the failed image posting.
Note there are tools you can use to post screen images. They are listed in Section B of this link here: http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/board-a...forum-use.html. Also, there is a Test Here forum on this board that you can use to test out these tools to make sure they are working correctly before using them in your question.
