ok.. so there goes that theory.

I just tried Firefox [version 55.0.2 (64-bit)] and I get the same as before: A few users I can see what they are doing but the vast majority still say "Unknown Location ..." like the image I linked to in post 18.

.. and Yes, I do have Javascript enabled in my IE11.

Everytime i look in my IE 11.0.9600.18762, I see the details. Same machine, but FF 55.02.1 (32), I see mostly the errors...
hmm - FF on another machine sees the details. Only obvious difference is adblocker is active on my primary, not on the secondary

edit: turning off adblocker made no difference

Weird.

Just considering FF for the moment ..
Fluff & you on one machine can see the details.
You on the other machine & I cannot (mostly).
Initially you would think that the problem lies at our (the viewer) end (eg ad-blocker or some FF setting).

However, I can see details for some users. At the moment (FF still) I can see what 5/17 users are doing. To me this tends to imply that it relates to something on those other user's machines. But that doesn't agree with you seeing details on one machine & not the other, presumably for the same users online.

The logic just seems to round in circles.
