How can I limit notifications to only when I receive a PM. I really don't care to receive notifications when someone quotes my thread or likes my thread. These are an annoying addition to the last upgrade. I will go to settings to see if anyone has responded to a thread that I have subscribed to. This notification aspect is redundant in my opinion.

in settings under User Tagging settings, you can disable emails

Fluff. It is not emails. I have already turned that off. This is the notifications bar at the top of the Forum next to MyProfile

Never tried it, but on the DBTech settings there is one Disable Notifications not sure if it's what you're after

Clicked it. Lets see what happens. Probably banishment? :)

Well, I just got a notice that I had a mention so I guess that the disabling the notifications did not entirely work. :( Nothing noted for the thanks however. :)

Let's see if anyone from the MrE professional staff check this out and chime in.
