    I wrote this macro, but it's looking in the wrong column. How do I change it?

    I like to ask an OP to pretend I'm blind when in reality, behind this PC screen is just a poor boy from a poor family who struggles to lick their own elbows (due to it being physically impossible*) before JD kicks in.

    If there's a reply without much illumination or detail, then it's either repeating the same question including the words "Please be precise" (but their response is the same as if I'd suggested drying their hair underwater i.e. it's just ignored) or it's guessing what they actually want (opposed to think they want) and posting some (usually untested) code with the word "Try"

    Sometimes, when feeling benevolent, I'll include "back up your work first", you know, being helpful and all that.. but when I don't, a small part of me crosses my fingers and waits for the "YOU messed my work up with your macro!" Sometimes I worry I have an affinity to Loki and what he represents, but then I read their post again and smile

    * You just tried didn't you. Go stand infront of the mirror, try again and then have serious words with yourself in the corner. Face the wall!

    Yup, the last time I saw that it looked like something MickG created.

    Which is why smashing their face into the PC monitor will help it work!

    Code:
    sub hydrateepicondyle
    dim wettness as long
    if wettness = 0 then
    'make wet
    hydrate = 1
    else
    'make it even wetter
    hydrate = 1000
    endif
    end sub
