Thread: ROUNDOWN amt included in my Total

    Here is an example of the actual figures:
    #1 #2 #3 #4 Total
    2460.25 2620.25 2460.25 2460.25 9841.00

    This is what is happening:

    #1 #2 #3 #4 Total
    2460.00 2620.00 2460.00 2460.00 9840.00

    This second group of numbers have "roundown" on them. But I want my total to include the .25 that has been removed due to the "roundown".

    Does anybody know what I can do?

    maybe you should use the ROUND function instead of the ROUNDDOWN function, or if your numbers are only expressed to 2 decimal places, do away with the rounding altogether.
