From a previous thread, someone said that the forum can only send groups of 25 emails to not be spamming. On my very rough calculations, to send mails to all registered accounts should take about 3.5 days. Whether that is the method being employed here I do not know.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and specify that you want your account removed.
 
The third sentence (second line) of the banner notice regarding the breach (i.e. "Please change your password now.") needs to be changed to something like "If you have not changed your password since becoming aware of the breach, please do so now."
