    Question EASY-XL error after installing Monarch

    I had Easy-XL installed and working on my computer for about a month. However, after installing Monarch Pro 10.5, I receive error messages and Easy-XL will not run. The error messages are:

    Provider cannot be found. It may not be properly installed. (C:\Program Files\Easy-XL from Mr.Excel\adata-language.mdb)

    There is a problem with the language database.

    The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed or invalid in this context.

    SQL: Select * From Products Where Product = 'EZXL'

    I considered trying to re-install Easy-XL but I am concerned that will cuse Monarch to fail and I don't want to compound the problem. Any ideas? Thanks!

    Sounds like the data provider responsible for MS Access is either no longer installed or is misconfigured.

    If you're running Excel 2007 then you can install the 2007 Office System Driver: Data Connectivity Components from this link.
