I'm not familiar with Easy-XL but it now sounds like the thread was in the right place so I'll leave it here.
    Hope this helps, good luck.

See Easy-XL -> Rows -> Remove Blank Rows in the latest version (5.0.504). This was not available as a separate command in previous versions. Many of Easy-XL's commands offer to remove trailing blank rows for you but only if they're detected.

To update the software, uninstall your current version via Control Panel and then download and install from the download page at Easy-XL.com.

mmm I like Easy XL and was trying to upgrade as you suggested, however I have been staring at that page for 5 full minutes and I still haven't been able to locate the download button. I hate websites that make me feel stupid.

There's a yellow button with the word "Download" on it as well as a "Download" link on the left hand-side navigation menu.

Here's the direct link to the download page:

For a little support for the first-time poster in post #13, the link they have quoted (the link at the very end of post #12) does not take me to a page that contains a yellow button.

It does have the "Download" link at the left which, if clicked, keeps you on the page you are already on.
The form on that page says it is optional which would lead many users to think it pointless (or even rude) if they have left the form empty to click the 'Submit' button that apparently is required to be clicked to get to the actual download page.
    Hope this helps, good luck.
