    Welcome to the Board!

I am afraid you are going to have to be a bit more specific.
Explain in detail exactly what it is you are trying to do (remember, we have no idea what you are trying to do - all we have to go on is what you are telling us here).
If it helps, walk us through a simple example of what you are trying to do.
    TIPS FOR FINDING EXCEL SOLUTIONS
    1. Use the built-in Help that comes with Excel/Access
    2. Use the Search functionality on this board
    3. A lot of VBA code can be acquired by using the Macro Recorder.

You are going to need to be more descriptive than that.
Like I said, walk us through an actual example, and be detailed - these one line requests are not conveying what you are after very well.

If you are looking for someone to teach you Excel, that is not what this forum does. It does not replace a classroom. This forum is designed to answer specific questions.
If you want to learn about Excel VBA, I recommend picking up a good book in it (they sell some at the MrExcel store), or checkout one of many on-line tutorials (just Google "Learning Excel VBA").
Here is one such tutorial: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/lib...ffice.14).aspx
