Formula for a colum

I'm trying to write a formula for a colum that will use the information from each row. IE when I enter data in each row the last colum would perform such formula with information from each row. I would like to use the same formula for the whole colum instead of specifying each row.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
