Sending SMS messages from Excel List

Hi All,

I have already posted this question, but unable to find it or the answer.

I have a list of names and phone numbers and would like to be able to use it to send out SMS messages, can someone please help me understand how or do I need a plug in for this. I am using 2011 for Mac

I don't think there and many free SMS services left nowadays
