Creating A Project forecasting

Am totally noob to excel but i want to make projection table ....
I have these things with me


Project Name....
Toal meter square to finish for ex 3000sqm(as it is a construction project)

I want to calculate how many days it will take if i complete 100 sqm per day....

I want to update the completion percentage of work and according to that, i need to get how many days it will take to complete the project in an automated format..can someone help or suggest what method i have to use
