I NEED HELP!

Basically I need to create this

If it's less than 200, subtract 30%, if it's between 200-300 subtract $50, if it's between $300-450 subtract $60, if it's between 450-1000 subtract $75.

This is so confusing. I tried googling everywhere.

If X = 700, this formula return 625. I read 30% as 30.
