I have a table with estimations of efforts. For each project I have 2 lines of estimates and these estimates are for every month of 2017/2018. I can identify the 2 lines by their source, one estimate comes from TEAM and one from PM.
I made a pivot table and I am able to see the values over the timeline, but the problem I have is that the pivot shows me the SUM of the 2 sources. In order to identify the problematic spots, I would need to make a difference of the 2 values. Than I can just look over the pivot table and identify the places where it shows something different than 0.
