OP - please note that you'll be getting no help from me. Not only do you have the temerity to assign these tasks to us, you haven't even the courtesy to explain why or to say "please"or "thank you". Presumptuous in the extreme!

this is not assignment i downloaded file from online to solve. i am not understand the query for that reason i send it to mr excel site. now i know you also dont have knowledge. sorry for trouble. i will unregistered myself and search answer in other forum.
