GANTT chart highlight complete

I have a gantt chart created in excel using cells as opposed to a graph.

The gantt chart works to the right of this table example above.

Currently the conditional formatting will highlight cells in blue according to the dates. If I change the % to 100 (meaning complete) I need the bars currently blue to change to green.

Is this possible.
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
yes, add a condition that says if the % value is 100 the format is green, and select the stop if condition is true toggle.
That should work.
