Values are equal, but Excel says they're not

Hello, I need help figuring out why the "if" formula is returning incorrect information. I have a mountain of data in which I need to determine if one column matches the other. COLUMN A is a number imported from a database. COLUMN B is a calculated formula made up of many other numbers. COLUMN C determines if they match. In many cases, it COLUMN C correctly indicates a match, but in many cases it also returns "false" when it matches.

COLUMN ACOLUMN BCOLUMN C
1455014550true
2033020330false

STEPS I'VE TAKEN SO FAR:
1. I formatted COLUMN A and COLUMN B to both be numbers.
2. Both columns are rounded to the same decimal point (0).
3. I tried using "value of" in COLUMN C. ie: =IF(VALUE(V13)=VALUE(AI13),"true","false")

What else do I do??? I'm stuck.
Thanks for any help!

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
VALUE converts strings into numbers. If the values in each column are both numbers, what does =(V13=AI13) return?

Also, you mention that each cell is rounded to 0 decimal places. How is that rounding done? If you have formatted the cell to show 0 decimal places, the value in the cell doesn't change.

Yes, you're right. Thanks for catching my silly oversight. I used ROUND instead, and it's working out perfectly now.
