Chart plot background color.

Evening,

I have a question for you guys and girls.

I am working on a chart that looks like this:

Now my question is: Can the chart plot background be split into a 3 colors depending on their value?

I have 3 different criteria 0 - 25000 - satisfactory - I would like that part of the chart to be green, 25000 to 500000 - acceptable - orange and finally 500000 to 50000000 - unacceptable - red.

Something like this:

I would preffer for the background to be transparent so that the chart line is clearly visible.

Sorry for bumping this thread but this is really not letting me sleep... Does ANYONE knows how to achieve this?
