I have a spreadsheet with multiple tabs. These tabs give me a score on each.

I take the score from each tab and add them to a summary sheet (not allows buttons on as the page will be printed and cant show the button on print)

the results on the summary sheet are all formulas to get the numbers.

Category A || Category B || Category C || TOTAL SCORE ||
1 || 2 || 3 || formula here gives answer ||

Once this is all completed, someone will print it, save it etc

What i want to do is find a way to take this data and put it onto another tab for historical purpose so we can track the numbers.
When this data goes over to the new tab, would like ti to have a date column added to the results when it ran or when the user printed etc.

DATE ||Category A || Category B || Category C || TOTAL SCORE ||
1/1/2017 || 1 || 2 || 3 || formula here gives answer ||
2/2/2017 || 1 || 2 || 3 || formula here gives answer ||

Do you think this would be possible to do?
Any ideas on the best way to do this?

If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
