Hi,

Can anyone help me to remove blank rows in a powerpoint table?

This is created when I have moved data from excel to PPT and it cuts across multiple slides, this is due to the limiting factor per slide being the size of the table (height). As it rolls onto the last slide there are a number of blanks rows created up to the limiting height!

Just need that final step for this iteration!

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Hello Scotts,

Would it not be better to delete the blank rows in excel BEFORE exporting to Powerpoint?

Whilst manipulating tables in Powerpoint can be done, it easier to do in Excel!

HI Caleeco, Thanks for your response. There are no blank rows in excel. I have used xlup for the row count as well. The issue arises when I put the dat ainto PowerpOint table as the method Im using is to let the code run until the table is say 400 in height, this means on the last slide it adds some blanks rows until the last slide table reaches the 400. Hope this makes sense!!

Further to my thoughts above I will be trying to use Do While the row count is matched but will need to p[lay around a bit with it

Hi Scotts

Do you mind posting you code in its current state? It will be helpful to see what you're working with and may clarify the problem

Cheers
