Partial String match in array that returns a value against another column

Hi I have 2 sheets in my workbook. Sheet 1 has list of IDs and incomplete cells in address field. In my sheet 2 I have Another list of addresses that are fully written and I want to mark the ID if I think that it is matches. The address in sheet 2 can repaeat and evertime the same id is to be mark against it.
Is there a way to solve this problem through excel?
