Picture Replacement

Hi,

I have workbooks which contain morethan 300 sheets in 1 workbook.. every sheet there is one picture (Old One) which I need to replace new picture (New One). I knew how to replace the picture in sheetswise. But now I wanted to how to change the picture entaire the sheets in once time… as I have many workbook to do this excercise

Any one can can you help me …..
