Enter category next to a number

Hi all, I would like to write a vba so that, where in col. “D” the number at left start from “25” should place the category “Soft Drinks on the right. Please note that if there are “zero” on left should ignore them. e.g. 00025 should valid the “25”. In schedule 1 are the original data and in schedule 2 is the expected result.
