Check box to appear based on criteria from another cell

Is there a way to make a check box appear based upon criteria from another cell? For example, cell AB9 has a true false formula in it and when it displays 'obligation fulfilled' I would like a check box to appear in cell AJ9.
 

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
