Is there a way to paste values and formats (but not formulas)?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.

You could always do it in two steps. For the range of interest... first Copy/PasteSpecial Constant Values, then Copy/PasteSpecial Constant Formats..

I'm using Office 2010 and "Paste Special" menu has a 1 step menu for this purpose. (Under the "Paste values" section ---- "values and source formatting")
