Creating an email list based on names entered

Here's the project. We run a weekly skins game at the golf course. Each week different people play and tee times are not set until the morning of the game. We would like to send an email of the tee times to those participating that day. So my though is, based on the names entered in our excel file, it could cross reference a master list of names and corresponding email addresses and create a list of emails that include only the names of the people playing that week.

Any ideas?

Exactly how would depend on your layout of the worksheets. If you post a sample, we can give a more detailed recommendation.
