Pivot table count number of deals gran total for rows only for the total of columns

I have created a Pivot Table

My PT has a few row Fields in tubular form, Say 3

I have on columns a field named "Sales Stages" with up to 10 possibilities, for this eg, say this is always has 10 Fields or possibilities

So At present My PT has 14 Columns + 1 "Grand Total for Rows"

The Values I show are SUMS

Some times I collapse the 3 rows fields

Until here I do not have any problem, works nice

but I would like to add a new Field to the Values Place, to Show the Count of Deals

I do so Using the Same Field I was using to get the SUMS, but using COUNT



but, my query I do not want to see the number of Deals for every Sales Stage, I only want to See The TOTAL for the ALL Sales Stages



but DO not know how to Avoid to see the number of Deals by every single SalesStage


So I am tryinf to have :

3 Rows Columns + (10 SalesStages Columns) + (1Column "Grand Total for Rows SUM" ) + (1Column "Grand Total for Rows" COUNT ) = 15 COLUMNS

NOT 25 COLUMNS
