Hi,

I am new to Macros and need some help figuring out how to open a website and search one of two search fields using the currently selected value in excel.

For example imagine that google had 2 search fields, 1 for data that is 5 characters long (we will say a first name search bar), and the other for data that is 8 characters long (a last name search bar). What type of code would be needed to do this?

I have seen this done using a macro that would open a grey window with a bunch of options to search the selected value from a list of websites.

Thanks,

Austin
