    Ran a scan

    1 cached credentials
    1 profilt type = local
7 %1 registry keys. But I don't have File Not Found problems

I have heard reports that 2016 doesn't allow two instances of the application to operate, the files opening in the same program. I don't have direct experience of that.
This has been looked at over 100 times with no answer, so I'm pretty sure bumping won't improve the information. Email to the Excel development team at MS and raise a bug report

I tried online repair. Unfortunately, it didn't change anything.

thank you, MS Analyzer Tool picked up only Outlook issue with opening links (something about policy that blocks opening links in emails).

I've now been told that this is a known issue and the only thing we can do is wait for MS to fix it
