Hi All

I have a workbook that has conditional formatting on each of the 13 pages.
The problem is that when i open the workbook the formatting does not take effect in all areas unless i go back and forth through the sheets or amend the sheet in some way.

I'm a little confused as to why this is happening. i have removed all VBA from the workbook and the problem remains the same.
Can somebody help with this please?
