adding a section of rows and filling data based on values in another worksheet

I have a large worksheet that has a large list of values that can be filled in based on quantites required per site.. I am trying to develop a summary worksheet that would copy/insert a set number of lines that would populate/datafill based off the other sheet

Ideally, The macro would count how many locations/sites, copy/insert the required number of line and then autofill based on the original entries
