I have some payroll hours that need to end in quarter numbers (.25, .50, .75, .00). Is there a way to highlight hours that DON'T end in these four values? Conditional formatting? I know how conditional formatting works but I am unsure how to write this in a formula. Any help would be really appreciated.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
PERFECT!! Never used FLOOR before, that's a new one.....appreciate your help and prompt reply
