Combine multiple choice question in pivot

Hi,

So, I have a large dataset with survey responses. Among them are multiple choice responses:

I'd like to add them to a pivot table with chart, displaying them like this:

Unfortunately, I can't find a way to do this. The closest I get is this:

Obviously, that isn't the way to go as I can't insert a decent chart that way :(

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
Ok. To clarify I made some better screens.

What I have is this:

The last screen is modified to appear as I want it. But of course I am hoping I can get this from the data that is shown on the first image.
