Hi Everyone,

Can anyone of you please provide a macro to create separate files from one main file where in one sheet data is there and in other sheet pivot. There requirement is create separate file for each group. Example there are 10 companies, create one file for one company.

not clear. Are the many sheets? 1 for each company?
are there 2 sheets/company, 1 for data, 1 for pivot?
how are the sheets named?

Hi Raman,

Thank you for your quick response. Here are details.

In sheet1 Data is there from column A to U for multiple companies. In sheet 2 we have a pivot table based on company wise. So this is a consolidated file.

Now what we want here is separate file for each company. Meaning, in sheet 1 data of first company and its pivot in sheet 2....like I need separate files for each company. The companies list may vary from 20 to 40 depends on the report we get.

Thank you,
Srini
