Hi Guys,

I am current working on a Pivot Table where I have (Blank) in certain columns. Is there a way how to get rid of them???

Thanks in advance for your help.

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
There sure is! i just had this problem not long ago.

So in your pivot table, whichever column has a (Blank) in it, the header of that column click the down arrow and ittl bring up a filter window showing all the results in that column. at the very bottom it should show the (Blank), well just unclick it and it will remove all blanks!

Hope this helps
