Good Morning all,

I have the following formula that lists out every entry once within the list from B2:B1000 even if it is duplicated

=IFERROR(INDEX($B$2:$B$1000, MATCH(0, INDEX(COUNTIF($DY$1:DY1,$B$2:$B$1000), 0, 0), 0)), "")

This works ok but shows a 0 as the last entry

B2:B1000 has the alpha numeric value
DY1 is the cell above the list of entries

Any idea why the 0 is listed and not a blanks it should be?

Many thanks

Try

=IFERROR(INDEX($B$2:$B$1000,MATCH(0,INDEX((B$2:B$1000="")+COUNTIF($DY$1:DY1,$B$2:$B$1000),0,0),0)),"")
