Filling Cells based on Times

In Column A is the Start time and Column B is the end time.

Then on Row 1 starting in Column C is the my work time from 8 AM - 5 PM

Wanted to know if there is a way to automatically fill the cells based off the start and end times in the Column A & B

It is best that you attach additional examples in order to understand exactly ...
According to the only example you sent, you can try the following formulas:

A2 =LEFT(C2,5)
B2 =RIGHT(C2,4)
