Hi

If I have a range of values on a sheet, eg A1:B4, how can I display these values on another sheet, exactly as they are on the first sheet?

Many thanks

Excel Facts

Format cells as currency
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+4 to format cells as currency. (Shift 4 is the $ sign).
Just put references to them on your other sheet.

So let's say that you wanted the value in cell A1 on Sheet1 to appear in A1 on Sheet2.
Then just go to Sheet2 and type this in cell A1:
Code:
=Sheet1!A1
You can copy that formula to the other cells, and it will adjust automatically.

An even easier trick is to go to cell A1 on Sheet2, type in the equal sign, then go to Sheet1 and select cell A1 and hit enter.
It will automatically put the cell reference formula in there for you!
