Problem in run macro after cell value change in sheet

hi all
i am trying to run a macro(MacroA) when value of cell T3 is changing

i m trying many times but its not working..
i cant understand what is happening..
i use this code several times but this time it is not working..
please tell me .what is wrong with me.

Code:-
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
If Target.Address = T3 Then
Call MacroA
End If
End Sub

is it you that changes T3 or a formula
