Hi,
sorry about my English..
i need help about this Excel table.
i want to know the total available Person of languages.. (Count)

is this with index and match function?

Please help !!

If you just have a list of people, with the language they speak, perhaps you are looking for the COUNTIF function.

Sorry, I will try to explain to you.

There are three tables
Table I is for staff speaking a range of languages
Each person has an "x" sign which means the language he speaks


Table II
The status of the employee, whether it exists or not.


Table III
Is the total number of employees in the languages they speak


more clarification:
Table I / Fixed Table.
Table II / Status
Table III / Total Staff by Presence
