Can anyone show me how I can keep the most 10 recent files in a folder and delete the rest?

Additionally, I need this to only apply to files with 'Test' as part of the filename.

Code:
Sub M_snb_dir()
iPath = "C:\temp\" '<<<< adjust 2x >>>>>>>
  sn = Split(CreateObject("wscript.shell").exec("cmd /c dir ""c:\temp\Test*.xls"" /b/s").stdout.readall, vbCrLf)
  For i = 10 to ubound(sn)
    kill iPath & sn(i)
  Next i
End Sub
