Hi,

I was wondering if there is a way to limit how many copies you can make of an excel file(xlsx or xlsm). (i.e. limit # of copy+paste operations carried out on a file)

Thanks,
Sj

Hi,

in xlsm-files
- with the before_save-event a counter, either in a hidden sheet, or, better, in a Workbook.Names can be increased
- a makro with the shortcut "strg-c" can count the number of copy/paste

for xlsx-files the operating system can control the access
