Help, help, help!

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have figured out everything, but there is a slight curveball now.

Here is the situation:
If the DEAL GROSS is a positive number and FINANCE is a positive, then the max finance Commission that can be awarded 5% of Finance, not to exceed 100.
However, if DEAL GROSS is less than 0, then the max Finance Comm that can be awarded is 5%, not to exceed 25.

The current formula for Finance Comm is: =MIN(100,(O1*0.05)) I somehow need to add =MIN(25,(if M2 is <0)

I cannot figure out how to get the formula to do both! HELP PLEEEEASE!
