Help Excel stops working after I Select Macros from the DropDown box under the prompt Choose command

For some reason I have 2016 excel. When I right click ribbon and choose Customize the Quick Access Toolbar. Then under Choose commands from:

I select Macros the excel sheet stops responding. I am trying to add my icons for my macros and cant. I did restart computer but same problem. Anyone know a fix on this thanks
