Hey i want to Validated a Cell with Only some text.

Means the cell only accept some text which i want

Like
XS-S-M-L And so on

The cell which i validated should not accept anything else then that.

Can anyone here who can help me out with this Issue.?????

Select the cell then on the Data tab of the ribbon select Data Validation

In Allow: select List

in the Source: put your values separated by a comma and a space XS, S, M, L
Or you could put the list on a sheet and refer the range
