Is there an easy way to not print areas that have conditional formatting. I have several sheets that I have numerous lines of conditional formatting sometimes the actual information entered may only be a few lines long other times it will be a thousand. I need the user to be able to easily print the ones that only require a few lines with out having to go in an define where to print or figure out how many pages.
These users are not excel savy so I need it as easy as possible.
The majority of the sheets are do not have any other macros so I would like to avoid using code if possible, however if that is the only way it will be OK.
Thanks

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
Are your Conditional Formatting conditions pretty straightforward?
If so, maybe create some VBA code that will hide those rows where those conditions are met, and then print the sheet.
You could even have it unhide them all again after printing.
