I have a HYPERLINK formula that looks like this.... =HYPERLINK("[Career File.xlsx]" & O2,"Go To Detail") where the contents of field O2 are '='TAB 2'!$A$12 (where TAB 2 is the worksheet tab and A12 is the field I want to jump to)

What I want to do is substitute the contents of a field (let's call it B2 in worksheet TAB3) for the file name Career File.xlsx. I have tried combining INDIRECT and CONCAT functions with various contents of field B2 with no success. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
