Hi, can someone help? I have some customer support data for twelve months. One of the SLAs is has the customer been contacted within two hours. This is measured by a 1 or 0 (1 = yes 0 = no) is a specific column. I want to trend it over a twelve month period so I've created a pivot chart and table with the horizontal axis showing the months. For each month I want to be able to show the percentage success for that month. I can show % of column total for each month but its actually showing the % for the total column and not the total for each specific month. Does that make sense? Any help appreciated.
