Calculating %utilisation

Hi All,

Recently signed up on this forum, i need some assistance in excel.

I want to know how can I calculate % utilisation for the hours worked for Jan

Example

Lets say user A has worked 80hrs in the month of Jan, how would i know what his % utilisation is for that month.

When i extract my report from the system it outputs monthly hours automatically so i just need the percentage of those hours.

If anyone could assist please do

Excel Facts
